EGR Delete
EGR valve clogged, sticking, or throwing fault codes? An EGR delete deactivates the system via software, eliminating the problems it causes without expensive replacement parts.
What is EGR Delete?
The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve recirculates a portion of exhaust gases back into the engine to reduce NOx emissions. Over time, carbon buildup causes the valve to stick, leak, or fail entirely.
Symptoms include rough idling, loss of power, excessive smoke, poor fuel economy, and persistent check engine lights. Replacing the EGR valve at a dealer is expensive and the problem often returns.
An EGR delete uses ECU software to deactivate the EGR system entirely. The valve stays in place but is no longer commanded to open, eliminating all EGR-related issues permanently.
Important: EGR delete is for off-road and export vehicles only. Deactivating the EGR system on a vehicle used on public roads may not be legal in all jurisdictions. Please check your local regulations.

Benefits
Why Choose This Service
Eliminate EGR Faults
No more check engine lights, rough idling, or power loss caused by a failing EGR valve.
Improved Performance
Cleaner intake air means better combustion, more power, and improved throttle response.
Better Fuel Economy
Without hot exhaust gases displacing fresh air, the engine runs more efficiently.
Reduced Carbon Buildup
Stopping exhaust gas recirculation dramatically reduces carbon deposits in the intake manifold.
